Tracking Information
Tracking information is sent via email once your shipping label is created.
Please allow the carrier time to update tracking details.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout:

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Refund & Return Policy
We strive to provide high-quality, fresh THCA flower and hemp products. Because these products are consumable, we maintain a limited refund and return window.
7-Day Refund Window
Refunds or replacements may be requested within 7 days of delivery if:

The product is seriously defective or compromised
Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible unless the product is clearly defective.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and compliance regulations, we cannot accept returns of:

THCA or hemp flower

Edibles, tinctures, or any consumable items

Promotional or clearance items

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once a label has been printed or the package has entered the carrier system, cancellation is not possible.
